how many of you have people knowing you're a furry?
ok, here's the deal. how many of you furries have relatives knowing what you do? (furry stuff)
knowing means they know : 1) you're a furry 2) what a furry is 3) what you do as a furry (art/plushies/fursuits/typing here in this forum/etc.) only my younger sister knows of my furry fandom but she simply ignore the topic. Fursuiter, fox, friendly, freaky, so why isn't my name "Fee" but "Vee"? must be cause i can't think of words that start with V |

Other than members of this forum, I think only my brother and 1 or 2 friends know about my interest but not much knowledge on what it really is.
This interest isn't one of those normal stuff around that could be understood by most people. Added to that, the common public misconceptions. If anything, its a bit of an image risk letting everyone know of it :/ |

Some of my classmates know what a furry is (although some watch CSI and got the wrong idea). But all of them know that I'm a furry.
Trust is something that you can’t rely on one sense alone.

Highschool teachers, my mom (well.. Kinda) , boyfriend , best friends, friends, enemies, everyone in SMKHK, few guys from the internets, and my neighbour... roughly.. 25 , 17 of them knows about furries, and about 6 of em knows what I do on my free time
well.. that stops them from asking why I'm wearing collars everyday :3 My Fur Affinity |
